Why didn't I get 25 SC?
Usually because the offer was not applied before verification, or verification was not finished within three days. Contact live chat straight away; the window is short.
Can I add a code after signing up?
Only within the short window after registration, from the Welcome Offer page in settings. After that, the welcome offer cannot be added.
What is Stake Cash?
Stake's name for Sweeps Coins. 1 Stake Cash is redeemable for $1 once played through three times.
Is the 25 SC redeemable straight away?
No. Stake Cash has a 3x playthrough, so 25 SC needs 75 SC of total bets before it can be redeemed.
Daily coins and promotions
How do I claim the daily bonus?
Open the Wallet, go to the Daily Bonus tab and claim 10,000 GC + 1 SC. It resets every 24 hours.
What are Daily Races?
Free leaderboards based on how much you play each day. Millions of Gold Coins are split among the top 50 to 200 players.
How does the Weekly Raffle work?
You get one ticket for every 1,000 SC wagered during the week. Draws pay GC and SC prizes.
Where do bonus drop codes come from?
Stake posts them on its social channels and partner streams. They are limited in number and run out fast. Ignore "drop codes" from unofficial groups that ask you to complete surveys.
How much is the Stake mail-in?
5 SC per handwritten postcard that follows the rules. Players report credits taking six to twelve months to arrive.
Verification and redemption
What does Stake.us KYC involve?
Photo ID (driver's licence or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) and phone verification. It usually takes one to two days.
What is the minimum redemption?
Gift cards start at 10 SC. Crypto redemptions start at roughly 40 to 50 SC depending on the coin.
